This page details the terms of a legal agreement (the "Terms of Use") between you and Developlus, Inc. (“Developlus”) By using our website, domain name and any other linked pages, features, content, or application services (including without limitation any mobile application services) offered from time to time by Developlus in connection herewith (collectively, the “Website” or “website”) you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms of Use and, having read and understood the Terms of Use, you voluntarily agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. You also agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the use of the website, to the use of the Internet, and to the activities involved in using this website.

If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, then DO NOT use this website.

ORDER PROCESSING 

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt. Processing time refers to the time it takes to authorize and process payment of your order. Processing time is not the same as shipping time. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. 

 

SALES TAX 

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped.  

 

BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK 

If you order a product that is currently out of stock, we will alert you via email of the in-stock date. 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 - 7 business days. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS standard mail.

All APO/FPO orders: $19.99 

Additional State or U.S. Territory Shipping Charges: Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands add $19.99.  

International Orders:  We will ship orders to international addresses. International shipping rates will be applied as shown at checkout. 

 

DELIVERY TIME 

Orders are usually packed within 2 - 4 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL, USPS, UPS or FedEx International orders are usually delivered within 10 to 20 business days from the order’s ship date. 

 

DUTIES & TAXES 

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. You are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. 

 

PAYMENT METHODS 

We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard as well as PayPal.  For security reasons, billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.  All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

Returns

 

ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE 

We can only accept returns of items purchased through our website with a receipt and order number issued through Splathaircolor.com. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies (e.g. wrong product, short shipped), please email us at CustomerCare@SplatHairColor.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for a Return Authorization Number.  Unless the reason for return is the result of our error, you will be responsible for paying to ship the product to us.  We are unable to refund any original shipping charges, nor can we accept the return of any products without a Return Authorization Number.  Please note that although we have tried to represent our shades as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. 

 

For defective or damaged products, please email us at CustomerCare@SplatHairColor.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase and retain the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection.  We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning any damaged or defective product to us at our expense. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective product, we will issue a refund for the price paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment or provide a replacement product. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge. 

 

ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR RETAIL PARTNERS 

We do not accept returns of any products not purchased on our website, for any reason.  All items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies. 

Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 7 business days.

Shipping

Shipping rates due apply.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CALIFORNIA LAW:

This website is controlled by Developlus from its offices within California. Developlus complies with all laws of California applicable to this website and to the Internet. Visitors who choose to visit this website from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative. Those visitors are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
